Sessions currently cost £43 per hour and I hold a limited number of places for those who may need to pay a reduced rate. I ask for 48 hours notice of an appointment cancellation otherwise the full fee will be charged.

At our first meeting we will discuss what you need and how I may help. We will begin to discover which approach may be best for you, and decide if we feel that we can work together. The relationship between client and therapist is fundamental to therapy. We will talk about the frequency and number of sessions also. At this point you are free to make future appointments or go away and think about it.
